Daughters 4 God Policies
Most orders are shipped USPS within 24-48 hours of the time they are received. You should receive a confirmation from us that we have shipped your order and another from USPS with your tracking number.
If you have purchased a digital product, you should receive an email confirmation of your order and a separate email containing a code for downloading your product.
You should receive a confirmation of your event registration. This is your entrance ticket. Please bring it with you to the workshop. If not, you will be asked to show an ID to confirm your registration.
Canceling an Order
A product order can be cancelled and the payment refunded before the order ships. After the order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled but is treated as a return.
An event registration order can be cancelled and the payment refunded within 24 hours of the order.
Product orders are guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied and the product is still in re-sale condition, you may return it for a full refund. Shipping charges are not eligible for reimbursement or refund. Please contact us at 757.639.2678 before you ship your return.
Event registrations are not refundable but are transferable. If you choose to donate or sell your ticket, please make sure the recipient presents your ticket (the email confirmation) for entrance to the event.
Personal and Financial Information
All personal information is solely for the use of Daughters 4 God and is not rented or sold to any other entity. Your transactions are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store nor do we have access to your financial information, including credit card numbers or expiration dates.
